When items are damaged by fire, flood or other disasters, they become fragile and, if improperly handled, can be damaged beyond repair. That’s why our skilled technicians follow our step-by-step procedure to pack out your items for restoration and return. Here’s how it works. 

The pack out/pack back process

We understand this process can be stressful so we walk you through each step to put you at ease. Our technicians are committed to providing you with compassionate service to get the job done to your satisfaction and make this time easier on you.

1. Document your items’ location and condition

We take pictures, videos and detailed notes of each room, where items are located, and add each item to our inventory system. 

2. Pack them carefully

We carefully pack and move your items out of affected areas. Furniture and items are disassembled if needed, then quilt padded- and/or shrink-wrapped in preparation for storage.

3. Move them to our restoration and storage facilities

We transport your damaged items to secure, climate-controlled facility, where they’ll be kept during and after restoration until they’re returned to you.

4. Restore them to pre-loss condition

We restore your valuable articles to pre-loss condition using our patented and certified restoration techniques.

5. Return them to your home or business 

Not only do we deliver your restored items back to you, we place them back where they were removed from before damage so you can get back to life and business as usual.
