How Our Process Works
Visit
Time is of the essence, so we immediately arrange an on-site visit with you to assess the damage.
Scope the situation
We photo inventory all your items, even if we can’t restore them, using the same software your insurance carrier uses so it’s easier for them to determine how to proceed on your claim.
Evaluate your items
Our team separates your items into undamaged, salvageable, and unsalvageable. This ensures that you pay only for what can be restored.
Meet your immediate needs
We can deliver two weeks of clothing, shoes and electronics within the initial 24 hours after beginning restoration, should you require it.
Communicate with everyone
We act as the communication bridge between you, your adjusters, and your contractors to ensure everyone’s on the same page and the process is as pain-free as possible.
Restore your items
We perform a variety of restoration services to get your items back into like-new condition. While they’re being repaired, your possessions are stored in a climate controlled facility under 24-hour video surveillance. You also have the option of onsite storage using portable storage units placed on your property.
Return your items
We return your restored items to your home or office as construction nears completion and according to your schedule. We work with you to replace items exactly where they were so you can relax and return to life as normal.
